Users receive .999% of the peg-out amount. From the peg-out amount, the user will be required to pay a bitcoin blockchain network fee to cover the cost of forwarding the balance. The network fee is based on the cost of one legacy input and one output (whichever address type you elected to receive your balance on) multiplied with the prevailing bitcoin core 2 block fee rate.

It charges the Swap Market fee to the L-BTC leg of the transaction only. The taker pays 100.2% (1.002x) of the amount, and the maker receives exactly the amount they requested.
